Transport for London are planning to replace the lighting on the by-pass between the junctions with Cheam Road and the Rose Hill Roundabout. The works will take place from 10:00 until 16:00 and from 20:00 each night until 05:00 the following morning on Mondays to Fridays between 24 July and 22 December. They say they may have to carry out some additional work on weekends as and when required. They will complete the noisiest works by midnight.
During this time they will close some lanes to traffic in both directions on the by pass, so please allow extra time for your journey. They will make every effort to finish the works on time, although poor weather conditions may mean they need to reschedule at short notice.

Buses will be running normally although roads may be busy so please allow extra time for your journey. Visit tfl.gov.uk/bus/status or follow @TfLBusAlerts on Twitter for live updates.
Footways and pedestrian crossings will be kept open wherever possible and any temporary closures will be clearly signposted. You will still be able to access your property.
TfL apologises in advance for the inconvenience and thanks you for your patience while they complete these improvements.Leave a comment
