New outdoor gym equipment is being installed on Sutton Green, and will be ready to help us all keep fit soon after Easter.  Why not try it as part of your regular run?

The equipment includes:

• A ski stepper
• Leg stretch
• Push hands
• Trinity cycle
• Pull up

For all those for whom this is a mystery, there are instructions for use on site.  So lets get to it and enjoy the spring weather!
