New outdoor gym equipment has been installed in Rose Hill Park, by the side of the path that leads down from Greenshaw woods to Rose Hill.

It includes a balance beam, two parallel bars, a hyper-tension bench, pull up bars, a swingalong, a vault bar and push up bars.

Now that the better weather is here, why not give it a try as part of your daily exercise in the park?
