TfL has announced that following consultation, the 470 bus is to be extended from Epsom to Epsom Hospital. This will begin at the end of May.

The consultation report showed an overwhelming majority in favour of the extension. There were also requests for a Sunday service, but TfL says that this can not be currently justified, but will be kept under review.
