Application for Special Treatments licence for hairdressers on Angel Hill

An application has been received for a special licence for Hair 4 You, 62 Angel Hill.  The application includes aromatherapy, facial steamers and manicures.  Such activities need a special licence from the Council’s Licensing Committee.  The full details are here.
