The next Local Committee will be on Thursday 12 September at 7pm at the Holy Family Church Hall, Sorrento Road. 

There will be the usual question time, which gives residents the opportunity to raise questions about issues in the area.

TfL will be giving an update about the Go Sutton bus.  This experimental on-demand bus service has recently been extended into North Cheam, Beddington and Wallington.

There will be an overview by Neighbourhood Services, on their work which covers waste collection, street cleaning and parks.

The committee will be considering priority bids for traffic schemes for next year.  These include a scheme to improve the junction of Oakhill Road with the High St.

The public realm improvements for decision include a street tree in Greenhill.  Officers will be reporting on schemes under way, including the loading bay outside the Dolphin in the High St, the funding of Festive lights at the north end of the High St, and the refurbishment of the children’s playground in Rosehill Park.
