Cllr Steve Penneck will be speaking at the meeting supporting the officers’ recommendation to turn down this application: ‘I am concerned at its impact on the setting in the park; on pedestrian and highway safety; and on the biodiversity of the park. The government’s plan offers the cheapest solution and does not meet local needs. Our children and residents deserve something better than this.’
