The application (No. DM2020/00282 – see here) to build a detached house on the corner of Marlborough Road and Sutton Common Road (adjacent to No 83) has been approved by Sutton Council.
There are a number of planning consents for new buildings on this plot which have not been built. Planning consents lapse after three years if they are not started within that period.
The new house will have three bedrooms, a garage, and a parking space (accessed from Marlborough Road). Construction work shall only be carried out between 8am and 6pm Mondays to Fridays and between 8am and 1pm on Saturdays and not at all on Bank Holidays and SundaysLeave a comment
