McDonalds on Sutton By Pass have applied for to extend their licensing hours. Currently they close at 1am, but the proposal, which will be considered by the Council’s Licensing Committee, extends this opening to 5am, using the Drive Through only.

Following a request by your ward councillors, arrangements are being made to clean the central refuge of the By Pass. This has been neglected in the past. Clearly care has to be taken for the safety of the street sweepers, but this will now be regularly programmed into the street sweeping rota.

Transport for London, who have responsibility for managing access roads onto the By Pass, are proposing a right turn ban from the exit from the storage warehouse onto the By Pass (opposite McDonalds).
